Family Session - *Z* Family

Jessica and I met almost 4 years ago now when we were both working at Travelers Insurance.  Our daughters are only two months apart in age, and while we don't see each other as often as we'd like, we keep in touch via texts and Facebook.  Jessica got ahold of me a couple of months ago when her grandparents started saying how they were due to get a new family photo done.  When she told me there were a lot of people she wasn't kidding!  Four generations for a grand total of 21 people!!  The plan was to take advantage of the beautiful landscaping at her grandparents house, but Mother Nature had other plans.  About five minutes before the session was scheduled to start the skies opened up and it started to rain.  We had to improvise, and luckily they had a big covered deck.

Talk about a big family!!

 All of the grandkids and great-grandkids lined up to have their pictures taken with grandma and grandpa.  They must be some incredible people.

Family Session - *B* Family

I met Adrian, Tami and their two energetic kids up at Round Top on a beautiful August evening.  We had a lot of fun.  Adrian and Tami are so cute together, too.

Flood of 2011

My hometown and the surrounding counties were hit with a massive flood over the last couple of days.  Thankfully my family and I stayed dry on our little hill.  Others weren't so lucky.  I went out yesterday and got some pictures of the affected area.

Family Session - *S* Family

I met up with Danielle and her beautiful girls a few weeks ago.  Danielle and I have known each other since we were in school but haven't seen each other in years.  It was nice to catch up and meet her daughters.  We met in Gillett at a friends house because they have such beautiful land.  Aside from one bee sting we had a pretty uneventful shoot with some beautiful results!  (And that white kitty in the last pictures just wandered over and decided he wanted to be a part of our shoot.  He went really well with the color scheme, yes?)
